Headlight Modification Service Overview:

1. Select and purchase the type of service you want.
2. After purchase, we will contact you regarding WHEN to ship in your headlights (we work on an appointment schedule)
3. Carefully pack and ship us your headlights.
4. Once received, we will complete the service according to your order specifications.
5. Once complete, we will ship your headlights back to you, lead time can vary according to the number of builds in the shop.

If we find damage that needs to be repaired and requires additional work, we will contact you.  If you have any questions, please reach us at info@bavgruppedesign.com.

Packing instructions:

• Use a box big enough for one headlight (you will need two boxes).  Most coupe/sedan headlights will fit into a 24x12x15 box.
• Pack the bottom of the box with enough material that the headlight is well cushioned.  then fit the headlight in and pack around and then on top.
• Use newspaper and bubble wrap.  Do NOT use peanuts, as they will get inside the headlight and create debris everywhere.
• Once the headlight does not move or shift, you can close the box.
• If you headlight has tabs on it, wherever applicable add paper or bubble wrap under the tab to keep it from cracking/breaking off.
