If you are in this predicament simply purchase this service and do the following:

• Make an appointment with us via phone call so we can set a date and ensure we have the lenses you need in stock;
• Purchase the lens you need from our headlight lens listings HERE (we will refund the shipping cost for the lenses as they wont be shipped – if you dont see the lenses you need no worries, we can very likely get them);
• Send in your headlights on the agreed upon schedule;
• OPTIONAL – We can replace your headlight’s internal harness (check our selection HERE, if you dont see it you can inquire directly to see if we stock it), this service is complimentary if you purchase from us, otherwise we will charge an additional flat rate of $100 per side to install.

Headlight Lens Replacement Service – What’s Included & Process Overview?  

The service includes:

• Our opening the lights, and removing the old lens and all permaseal from the headlight channel;
• Replacing the old lenses with OEM quality replacement lenses;
• Clean the inside of the light and remove haze from weathered projector lenses;
• Reassemble the lights and permaseal them shut to protect them against condensation.

The lights are then carefully packed and returned to you.  The process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible for prior existing damage (i.e. broken or burned modules, broken or missing parts from prior accidents, etc) and cannot assume responsibility for parts on items that arrive in this condition aside from replacing the lenses.  However, if you need a module replaced or damage repaired, please notify us and we will make an assessment and see if the lights can be repaired.  We make no warranty offer on any prior damaged lights aside from lens exchange.  

All lights are photographed and inspected for physical damage prior to work commencing.
