Professional headlight lens replacement

We remove the existing outer lens, install a replacement lens, professionally reseal the assembly, and inspect the finished headlight. Your original housing and functioning electronic components are retained. Repairs to damaged electronics, modules, wiring, mounting points, or other internal components are not included in the standard lens replacement price and may require a separate estimate.

Nationwide mail-in service

For mail-in service, securely ship your removed headlights to the address provided by BavGruppe. Typical service turnaround is 1–3 business days after receipt, subject to inspection, workload and parts availability; transit time is additional.
