BavGruppe Designs removes the damaged outer lens, installs a compatible replacement and professionally reseals the original assembly, preserving its functioning factory electronics and housing.

Professional headlight lens replacement

We remove the existing outer lens, install a replacement lens, professionally reseal the assembly, and inspect the finished headlight. Your original housing and functioning electronic components are retained. Repairs to damaged electronics, modules, wiring, mounting points, or other internal components are not included in the standard lens replacement price and may require a separate estimate.

Nationwide mail-in service

For mail-in service, ship your removed headlights securely to the receiving address we provide. Typical bench-service turnaround is 1–3 business days after arrival, depending on workload, inspection and parts availability. Transit time is additional.

Why replace the lens instead of the entire headlight?

If the original assembly remains functional, replacing only the damaged outer lens can be significantly more economical than purchasing a complete new Porsche headlight. Actual savings vary by configuration.
