The E8X-generation BMW 1 Series is still one of BMW’s best-looking compact platforms, but the original rear lighting can make an otherwise updated car show its age.
These GTS Style LED tail lights completely change that.
Designed for the BMW E82, E87 and E88 1 Series, they replace the factory rear lights with a much more aggressive LED design inspired by BMW’s motorsport-oriented lighting. The illuminated LED pattern gives the rear of the car a sharper, more contemporary appearance while still working with the original lines of the 1 Series.
Whether you’re building a clean OEM+ 128i, a modified 135i or finishing off a more aggressive exterior build, this is one of those upgrades that changes the appearance of the entire car.
GTS-Inspired LED Design
The biggest difference is visible as soon as the lights come on.
Instead of the comparatively simple factory lighting signature, the GTS-style design creates a distinctive illuminated LED pattern across the housing. The result looks considerably more modern at night while giving the rear of the E8X a more aggressive appearance during the day.
Choose between Red or Smoked housings depending on the look you’re after. Red works particularly well for an OEM+ build, while Smoke gives darker or modified cars a more aggressive blackout appearance.

These aren’t universal tail lights that require you to fabricate housings or completely redesign the rear wiring.

Red or Smoke?

Smoke: Designed for owners looking for a darker, more aggressive rear-end appearance. It pairs particularly well with black, white, gray and other modified E8X builds.
